This is a pancake made in spring. If you don’t have shepherd’s purse, you can use other vegetables or just shredded carrots. It’s a quick breakfast pancake.

Wash the shepherd's purse with salt water.

Cut the shepherd's purse.

Cut the carrots

Get the flour ready.

Add the vegetables to the flour.

Add water and mix into a paste. A liquid paste will suffice.

Pour oil into the pan, add batter and spread

Fry until both sides are slightly brown.

Plate and ready to eat. Cut into small pieces and serve with dipping sauce.
