Overview
The first time I tried this dish was when my mother-in-law cooked it at my husband's house. I don't like bitterness and I liked it after eating it once! My mother said that during the Cultural Revolution in her time, the school organized a meal with this enamel cup for each person! What is it called remembering the bitter and thinking of the sweet? Everyone can’t wait to fall secretly! Hahaha! Unexpectedly, everyone likes to eat it now! My mother-in-law said that this wild vegetable can clear away heat! We who love fire love to eat even more!
