Wash the cowpeas and cut them into equal lengths

Minced garlic and ginger

Lee Kum Kee Salad Sauce and Sesame Sesame Oil

Heat a little oil in the pan and sauté the garlic and minced ginger until fragrant

Scoop out the minced ginger and garlic and set aside

Bring the pot to a boil, add the cowpeas, add two drops of olive oil or cooking oil, cover and cook for 3 minutes

Take out the cooked cowpeas and soak them in cold boiling water for half a minute and drain
