In 2015, let’s go on a food journey that is as easy as it sounds and has fun! In fact, Coca-Cola chicken wings are one of the main dishes on our dining table. The children never tire of eating them and have a huge appetite. However, each one brings different effects to the taste buds of the children, and the joy they receive will also be different. Prepare the seasoning. I forgot to take pictures of the salt and ginger.

Wash the chicken wings, make diagonal cuts on both sides of the chicken wings with a knife (for better flavor), marinate with a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt and shredded ginger for ten minutes.

Clean the pan, dry it, add oil, turn down the heat, and put the marinated chicken wings into the pan one by one and fry.

Fry until golden brown on both sides. (about fifteen minutes)

Pour in cola and pickled ginger, bring to a boil and simmer over medium-low heat for twenty minutes.

Turn off the heat when the soup is almost dry.
