Wash the okra and set aside.

Blanch the okra in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then immediately remove it and place it in cold water. Eat cold okra and drink it with cold water twice in summer. When the weather is cold, just drink it with cold water once!

Remove the okra soaked in cold water, drain the water, cut off the stems, then cut the okra in half, divide it into two halves, and put them on a plate.

Prepare a bowl of sauce with 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of chili oil, 1 spoon of oil and 1 spoon of abalone juice. You can dip the okra in the sauce and eat it, or you can pour the sauce directly on the okra. When two of us are having a meal at home, I like to eat it with dipping sauce, which makes it more flavorful. If I have guests at home, I pour the sauce on the okra.
