Overview

Tofu is a dish we often eat. It is rich in nutrients and cheap. Fungus is said to be the scavenger of blood vessels. It is a home-cooked dish made with very common ingredients.

  1. Prepare ingredients: tofu, fungus, meat slices, ginger and green onions, eggs, cooking wine

  2. Blanch the tofu and drain the water. Pour an appropriate amount of Youjiang tofu into the pot and fry until both sides are golden and then serve.

  3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the meat slices, stir-fry and serve

  4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and stir-fry the tempeh until fragrant. Add the fried tofu and fungus. Add a little salt, light soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.

  5. Add the meat slices to the stewed tofu and fungus and stir-fry over high heat. Add the chopped green onion
