Go to a large supermarket like Zhongbai or Wushang to buy pork eyebrow meat, shredded bamboo shoots, black fungus, and green pepper. Cut the black fungus and eyebrow meat into shreds in advance.

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and cornstarch to the pork shreds, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
