Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and cut them into pieces.
-
Filter water.
-
Take a little water and melt the Orleans seasoning (here is a packet of seasoning, for easy mixing, I mixed it in three times for 10 pounds of chicken wings).
-
Mix well. (One packet of seasoning packets can marinate about 2.5 kilograms. I used 3 packets of seasoning for 10 kilograms here because it was used for a kindergarten party. You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your needs.)
-
Pack them into ziplock bags and tie them with a knot. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for a day or two. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it will be. You can adjust the marinating time according to your needs.
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush a layer of corn oil on the tin foil to prevent the chicken wings from sticking to the tin foil. Then spread the chicken wings neatly.
-
Brush all chicken wings with corn oil.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 25 minutes. Place in the oven and bake, keeping an eye on the chicken wings. (The temperature of each oven is different, so you need to make corresponding adjustments according to your own oven temperature).
-
When baking for 22 minutes, take it out and brush both sides with a mixture of soy sauce and honey. Put it back in the oven for another two minutes.
