Prepare all the ingredients

Soak the rice noodles in advance. It will be faster to soak in warm water, but not in boiling water

Appropriate amount of bone broth, put it into the pot and bring to a boil

Boil the lettuce until it is tender, then remove it and put it into a large bowl

Then cut the meat slices and blanch them until cooked through (cut them very thinly and they will be cooked as soon as they are blanched)

Finally, boil the soaked rice noodles for one minute. Test the taste. If it is not enough, add a little more salt. I like it lightly and add oyster sauce, which is just right. Since it is bone soup, there is no need to add more oil.
