Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
Overview
I have always loved eating chicken breast, it tastes great whether fried or fried. Of course, it is undeniable that many of us are unable to accept this ingredient, which is considered by Westerners to be the best edible part of the chicken. The main reason is that it does not taste very fragrant and often tastes like firewood when the heat is over. But on the other hand, chicken breast is the best choice for those who love meat and want to lose weight.

Steps
-
Cut the chicken breast into strips, add a small spoonful of olive oil, two spoons of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt and sugar, and mix well to taste. It will be very fresh without adding a drop of chicken essence.
-
Beat 1 egg (not too big, not too much) and set aside. This is a small free-range black egg, and I only used less than half of it in the end.
-
Corn flakes have no sweet taste. You can also use bread crumbs, but because it is not fried, the crust will not be as crispy when baked with bread crumbs.
-
Grab a few handfuls, the tortilla chips themselves are crispy and can be crushed easily with your hands.
-
Dip the chicken strips in the egg liquid first, then roll them with a layer of corn flakes and place them on the baking sheet. The bottom will be a little sticky after baking, so it's best to spread a layer of tin foil. Bake at 230 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. When the chicken turns white and the cornflakes are charred, they are ready.

Pour on tomato sauce and that’s it!
