  5. Dip the chicken strips in the egg liquid first, then roll them with a layer of corn flakes and place them on the baking sheet. The bottom will be a little sticky after baking, so it's best to spread a layer of tin foil. Bake at 230 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes.
