Cold Green Cabbage
Overview
I used to think that this kind of cabbage is called cabbage, but later I found out that the firmer kind is called green cabbage. I found that if it is fried with meat, the other kind of cabbage is more delicious. This kind of fried cabbage is more delicious, and it is also delicious and refreshing when eaten cold. Green cabbage is rich in vitamins C and B, carotene and a large amount of vitamin U, cellulose, sugar and other nutrients. There is a lot of fiber in it, which can promote the peristalsis of the intestinal wall, help digestion, and prevent dry stools.
