Homemade Zhou Hei Ya
Overview
It’s a rare weekend when I have time to cook some delicious food. Yesterday during Double Eleven, I wanted to eat Zhou Hei Ya, but after thinking about it, I just made it myself. The result is delicious. And it’s much cheaper and delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the spices together, then add cooking wine, soy sauce, light soy sauce, be careful not to add water, the cooking wine can act as water
-
I added squid, chicken wings, kelp, chicken wings, duck wings, chicken gizzards and other ingredients. Note that the brine should not cover the ingredients, it should be about two-thirds of the ingredients. I cooked it in a pressure cooker with the lid on, without closing it back, to allow it to vent. At the beginning of medium heat, look, the color of the ingredients has begun to change
-
Once the water boils, you can turn down the heat. Covering the pot will make it faster. This is how it should be cooked for about 25 minutes. Remember to stir in the middle so that the ingredients can be evenly absorbed
-
After about 40 minutes, the color is almost coming out. Still on low heat, cover the pot

It takes about 50 minutes to cook, haha, the price is much cheaper than Zhou Hei Ya, and the taste is almost the same, seasoning, numbing, spicy, salty, all available, hurry up and get started
