Tomato-roasted eggplant
Overview
I personally like to eat eggplants, but the water in the south is very high, so the eggplants I buy are always too watery and tasteless! I just thought it would be better to add some other ingredients to increase the taste! I made this Road Tomato Grilled Eggplant! And eggplant and tomatoes are very nutritious! Eating more tomatoes can also remove freckles and whiten your skin!
