  4. Next, make the apple filling. The red Fuji apples from the Shaoxian team are relatively uniform in size, and the redder ones are usually sweeter. You can taste them a little when cutting them and adjust the sugar ratio. Dice the apple and put it in a pot over low heat for 2-3 minutes

  6. Continue to heat, stirring constantly, to cook the apples evenly.

  7. After the apples become translucent and come out of the soup, thicken the soup appropriately, turn off the heat and set aside.

  8. Roll the dough into thin sheets, cut into squares, brush the edges with egg wash to facilitate adhesion, add fillings, fold in half, and press with a fork.
