Heat oil in a pan, add chopped fish heads and fry until golden brown on both sides, add ginger slices, pour in appropriate amount of boiling water, add wolfberry and cook.

Peel and slice the yam.

Cook for about 20 minutes. When the soup turns milky white, add the yam and cook for 3 minutes.

Add salt, chicken essence and chopped green onion to the pot. I didn’t take the photos well, but the real thing is beautiful.
