  1. Prepare celery and sardines

  2. Cut garlic into small pieces, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and a little water to make a sauce

  3. Heat oil in a hot pan, put the fish in and fry for a while until both sides are slightly brown and it is ready to serve

  4. Leave the base oil, stir-fry the celery, and add a little salt, mainly because it has a bit of a low taste
