I haven’t eaten fish for a long time, so I bought some. It was the first time I bought sardines and I didn’t know how to make them. I just followed the method of making tilapia before. I didn’t expect them to be quite delicious...

Prepare celery and sardines

Cut garlic into small pieces, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and a little water to make a sauce

Heat oil in a hot pan, put the fish in and fry for a while until both sides are slightly brown and it is ready to serve

Leave the base oil, stir-fry the celery, and add a little salt, mainly because it has a bit of a low taste

Pour the prepared sauce in

Put the fried fish in and let the fish absorb the sauce
