Simple homemade barbecued pork
Overview
I thought the barbecued pork was quite delicious, and I had always wanted to make it. The oven happened to arrive, so I tried to make it. . . . . . . . . . I made the simplest one and it’s delicious! ! ! ! ! ! PS: My hands were a bit tight when taking photos, so some photos don’t look very clear. Sorry~~~~~~~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the meat quickly, drain the water or absorb the water with absorbent paper
-
Divide the meat into small pieces (this will make it more flavorful and easier to cook when grilled)
-
Use a fork to poke holes in the meat to taste
-
Put the meat into the crisper
-
I used Lee Kum Kee’s barbecued pork sauce
-
Brush with barbecued pork sauce and spread evenly on the surface of the meat
-
Put some ginger to remove the smell, replace the lid, and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours
-
I forgot to take a photo when I took out the refrigerator. Put the meat on the grill to air-dry (I didn't do this step, it takes a long time), scrape a little less barbecue sauce on the surface of the meat (otherwise it will increase the grilling time), and brush it with honey water
-
I baked it at 180° for 20 minutes without preheating,
-
Take it out and turn it over, brush with a little sauce, honey water, and bake at 180° for 20 minutes
-
To avoid it being cooked, brush both sides with honey water and bake for 20 minutes each
-
Thump thump thump thump, it’s baked
-
Let cool and slice
-
Arrange the plate and start eating
