Lobster gourd soup
Overview
It's lobster season right now, and I've been craving it for a long time. I went to a friend's house today and I decided to eat lobster. Because the lobsters here are of better quality, my friend made a dish that can even be eaten in soup.

Steps
-
Return the lobster and put it in salt water for a while to kill the bacteria.
-
Remove the claws, gills and front of the head from the lobster.
-
Brush your belly clean.
-
Remove the shrimp threads and wash them, being careful not to remove the yellow color from the shrimps.
-
Prepare the onions, ginger and garlic, cut them into hob pieces and set aside.
-
Heat a pan, pour oil and sauté onion, ginger and garlic.
-
Pour in the lobster and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and add a little salt to add flavor to the shrimp.
-
Stir-fry until the shrimp turns red, add boiling water and simmer for ten minutes.
-
In another pot, stir-fry the gourd until soft (the gourd will become more fragrant if stir-fried).
-
Pour the gourd into the lobster pot and continue to simmer until the gourd is cooked.
-
After the gourds are cooked, add some minced garlic to increase the flavor.
-
Lobster and gourd soup would be great.
