Set aside the rice intestines, pig lungs, chicken and flying water. Wash the water chestnut leaves and set aside.

Get a steamer and a stew pot.

Put the rice rolls, pig lungs, chicken, and water chestnuts into a stew pot, and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Place in a steamer, turn to high heat, and simmer over water for 40 minutes.
