Golden Cornmeal
Overview
My sister took the cornmeal produced at home, which was very fine. There was just 100g of fresh milk left for making cakes. She added a box of yogurt, made some cornmeal, and tried to make scones. Wow! Golden color, rich aroma, soft and sweet, it can be used as a snack! This coarse grain is carefully made and has the characteristics of coarse grain, good taste, and a light milky aroma. Corn is recognized as a golden crop in the world, and its fat, phosphorus, and vitamin B2 content ranks first among cereal foods. Cornmeal contains linoleic acid and vitamin E, which can lower cholesterol levels in the human body, thereby reducing the occurrence of arteriosclerosis. Cornmeal contains more calcium and iron, which can prevent high blood pressure and coronary heart disease. Eating more whole grains is good for your health!
