One vermicelli, about 40 grams, is soaked in warm water until soft, immersed in boiling water until translucent, then scooped into cold water.

Heat 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil, lower the heat to low, fry 20 grams of chopped garlic and 2 teaspoons of bean paste until fragrant, add the drained vermicelli and stir-fry over high heat;
