Kimchi Pancake
Overview
The Korean kimchi at home is ready again, and I made it into Korean kimchi pancakes. This pancake is easy to make and delicious.

Take a small dish of Korean kimchi and chop it into pieces.

Put flour, chopped kimchi, beaten eggs, kimchi juice, a little sesame oil and chopped green onion in a basin.

Add a little water and stir into a paddle. The paddle should be thinner. When picked up with a spoon, it will form a straight line. Add a little sauce. Do not add salt, because the kimchi has a salty taste.

Brush a little oil into the pan, pour in the batter, slowly fry it into a pancake, turn it over and fry it on the other side, take it out of the pan, and it's ready to eat.
