Casserole Rice Noodles
Overview
It is said that the casserole rice noodles sold outside are unhygienic. Plastic is added to the rice noodles and chemical spices are mixed into the soup. Then we might as well do it ourselves. Making your own is not only clean but also cheap. Friends who like it can make their own chicken soup. I was too lazy, so I used the fish ball soup to add to the rice noodles, but the taste is not inferior at all

Soak dry rice noodles overnight in advance
