Steamed cabbage with garlic vermicelli
Overview
This is based on the method of steaming scallops with garlic vermicelli. Although scallops are not used, the dish made with this method is still delicious.

Peel away the Chinese cabbage, select the young leaves, wash them and control the water

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft

Dice carrots and mince garlic and set aside

Steam the young cabbage in a steamer until soft and tender

Place the soaked vermicelli on top of the steamed vermicelli

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in diced carrots

Fry until soft and then pour in the sauce made with light soy sauce, vinegar and sugar

Cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat

Pour the fried diced carrots into the vermicelli and cabbage plate and mix well when eating
