Prepare ingredients.
-
Pork can be cut into thin strips. Frozen pork is slightly melted or fresh pork is easier to cut into thin strips if it is frozen.
-
Remove both ends of the beans, wash and shred them.
-
Heat the oil in the pot, add the shredded pork and fry until it is tender and changes color.
-
Add a small amount of soy sauce and stir-fry until browned, set aside.
-
Heat the pan, add shredded beans in hot oil, and stir-fry over high heat. If you like spicy food, you can stir-fry the dried chilies first to get the aroma, then add the shredded beans and stir-fry.
-
When the color of the shredded beans becomes darker, add the shredded pork, then add a small spoonful of sugar and an appropriate amount of soy sauce, continue to stir-fry over high heat until the shredded beans are cooked, add a small amount of salt and stir evenly.
