Make puff pastry: Put 40 grams of butter into a large bowl, heat in microwave until melted, then add 75 grams of flour and 5 grams of sugar, stir with chopsticks until it becomes fluffy.

Knead the dough and puff pastry into a uniform dough, wrap in plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes.

Put durian meat, starch, and 10 grams of sugar into a large bowl, stir evenly to form durian filling.
