The glutinous rice is soaked for 12 hours in advance and steamed over high heat;

Tear off the surface layer of the squid and marinate it with a small amount of salt and light soy sauce for 1 hour;

Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut them into cubes, remove the onions and cut them into cubes;
