Jam glutinous rice balls
Overview
This is my own DIY glutinous rice dumpling, using two flavors of jam as the filling. The soft and glutinous rice is wrapped in the sweet and sour jam. The texture and taste are very fresh and delicious

The main ingredients are ready

Mix glutinous rice flour with appropriate amount of water and knead into dough

Shape the glutinous rice into small cakes and put a spoonful of jam in the center of the cake

Wrap carefully, then slowly roll into a round ball

After the water in the pot boils, add the wrapped glutinous rice balls and cook for about 10 minutes (eat while hot, don’t burn your mouth)
