Clean the seabass.

Cut both sides of the seabass with a diagonal knife, stuff with ginger slices, pour cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Bring water to a boil in the pot, then add the seabass with the cooking wine removed and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

Take it out, pour out the entire fish juice, and add a little salt to taste. It's very fresh. Leave the fish and remove the ginger slices.
