Chocolate Decorated Cookies
Overview
I haven’t made cookies for a long time. Everyone is making frosted cookies for Christmas, but I don’t have protein powder and coloring at home, and I can’t stand the taste of raw meringue, so I decided to make chocolate ones instead. Anyway, it is enough for my family to eat it and it tastes good: I put enough butter in it to be fragrant, and when it is whipped it is crispy. Let the children trace the chocolate together, and they are happy to make it, and of course they are even happier to eat.

Steps
-
Prepare the required materials
-
Soften the butter. (It’s not easy to soften the butter directly in cold weather. I heated it directly over water and then froze it for a few minutes
-
Continue to beat the butter with a kitchen machine until it is fluffy and the volume becomes larger
-
Beat the eggs, add to the butter in two batches, stir well
-
Add the flour to the egg-oil mixture
-
After stirring until there is no dry powder, knead it into a dough with your hands, cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes
-
Wrap in plastic wrap and roll flat with a rolling pin
-
Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes
-
When done, place it on a baking sheet
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes
-
Heat chocolate and water until melted
-
Feel free to draw patterns on the cookies
-
I also divided some dough and added cranberries to bake shortbread
