Wash the chicken neck and cut it into sections (you may not cut it according to your personal preference)

Boil the chicken neck in cold water

Bring to a boil, take out the chicken neck, and drain away the water

Heat oil, add green onions (there are no green onions at home), ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, and chili peppers. When fragrant, add chicken necks

Stir-fry, add soy sauce, stir-fry evenly

Pour hot water and rub it over the chicken neck

Check the color and add a little soy sauce

Bring the soup to a simmer over medium heat and reduce the juice over high heat
