Mix butter, sugar, appropriate amount of water, egg liquid, and flour into a dough and let it rest for half an hour!

Prepare green dough and black dough (actually it is best to use cocoa powder dough, I have no cocoa powder, so I have to use black dough)

First roll the yellow dough into a long strip about two centimeters in diameter, then put it in the freezer for ten minutes!

Roll the matcha dough into a thick rectangular sheet!

Take out the yellow noodles and wrap them with matcha dough, as shown in the picture! Then put it in the freezer for ten minutes!

Roll the black dough into a sheet, not too thin, as shown in the picture!

Then take out the noodle pillar, wrap the outermost layer, and then freeze it for forty minutes!

Take it out of the refrigerator, cut into slices, and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper!

Place the sesame seeds and preheat the oven to 180° for 20 minutes!
