Gold Jade
Overview
Yesterday I bought some cornbread, which is whole grain. I thought it would be healthier to lose weight. Who would have thought that it was hard and too dry. My dear, I don’t like to eat it. I didn’t think it tasted good either, so I thought of DIYing it to make it softer or crispier.

Steps

First, break the wowotou into finger-sized pieces, put it in a sealed box and soak it in beaten egg liquid for about 10 minutes, let it be completely absorbed, and shake it up. (I took my wowotou out from the refrigerator, so I soaked it for 30 minutes. I was actually obsessed with watching TV~hehe)
-
First add some oil, use high heat to increase the temperature of the oil, then turn down the heat and start frying slowly one by one. It won't take too long, the surface will be golden. I use chopsticks to turn it over one by one, and the sweet taste will come out~!

Put it back into the box with a little egg liquid left, sprinkle with a little salt, and shake it~~
-
Shred green onions and set aside
-
Sauté the green onions in the pan until fragrant.
-
Stir-fry in the pan, add half a spoonful of sugar, and stir-fry until the cornstarch is hot and the sugar and salt are completely combined
-
Finally, remove from the pan and sprinkle some scallions on top to create a color match.
