Overview
I heard so much about Japanese condensed milk bread that I finally couldn’t help but make it too. It's just as everyone recommended: it's so fragrant and soft that you can't stop eating it. I think I will continue to make it in the next few days. Who made it so delicious?

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead for 15 minutes. Add butter and continue kneading for about 15-20 minutes to form a dough. Leave to ferment for more than 2 times

Deflate the dough and roll it into a rectangular shape

Combine condensed milk and butter in warm water and mix well

Brush with condensed milk sauce and divide into 4 pieces

Stack and cut into 8 pieces

Put it upright into an oiled 8-inch hollow mold for the second round

After the second rise, brush the condensed milk sauce and sprinkle with soaked cranberries and almond slices (I cut the cranberries slightly smaller)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in the middle and lower racks for about 20-25 minutes
