3. 3 Cut the pear into pieces, wash the red dates and put them into a casserole. Add the white fungus and the water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Add rock sugar and simmer for another 20 minutes
