Stir-fried pork with chives and sprouts

Cut the lean meat into shreds or strips, add a small amount of cooking oil and mix thoroughly, then add light soy sauce, corn starch and a little water to marinate.

Wash and cut the leek into sections.

Wash and drain the bean sprouts.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the marinated meat, do not stir-fry, fry it briefly so that the meat is tender and fragrant, then stir-fry briefly and serve on a plate.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the bean sprouts first, then add the chives and stir-fry.

When almost cooked, add the fried meat strips.

Add red pepper shreds and stir-fry evenly.
