How to make sour turnips: ① Peel and cut into small pieces, cover with appropriate amount of salt and soak for 20 minutes, then rinse (to remove the salt smell). ② Drain the water and add rock sugar water (boil the rock sugar in water and let it cool). ③Add appropriate amount of white rice vinegar.

Homemade chili sauce (bought can also be used)

ginger juice. Method: Chop the ginger with the back of a knife and add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder. Boil hot peanut oil and stir.

Chicken soup.

Kill the chicken to get the chicken fat. Fry the chicken in oil and add a little minced garlic. Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker. Add the chicken stock, add the fried chicken oil to the rice and cook until cooked. Add the eggs (beaten) and simmer for ten minutes.

Soak Wenchang chicken in brine until cooked. (Method 2, you can also soak it in chicken soup at the same time). I personally like braised ones.
