Put the dough ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough. After 15 minutes, add salt and white oil to form a smooth dough and then ferment for the first time for 30 minutes

Divide the dough into 5 pieces of 90g, roll into balls, cover with a wet towel, and let rest for 15 minutes

Carry out second fermentation for 1 hour

Preheat the oven, upper temperature 120 degrees, lower temperature 170 degrees, bake for 25 minutes
