Summer ice cream: Mango ice cream
Overview
On a hot summer day, it's refreshing to have a cup of ice cream made by yourself. Especially for those with children at home, homemade ice cream is healthier and more delicious. There are many ways to make ice cream. I have briefly summarized it. The simplest version is to make it without boiling the egg yolks or adding whipping cream. For a more complicated recipe, if you have all the ingredients, add light cream to make the milk taste richer; if you boil the egg yolk, the texture will be better. Of course, the simplest method is the best on hot days, so simple puree, milk, yogurt, and sugar are enough. In short, just add whatever you like.
