Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and drain 800g small ribs.
-
Add an appropriate amount of lemon juice, 1 tsp of rice wine, and 2 tsp of extremely fresh flavor, mix well, then spray a thin layer of oil to lock in the moisture, and marinate for about 20 minutes.
-
Fry the pork ribs until golden brown on both sides.
-
Leave the base oil in the pot, add a dozen grains of rock sugar and melt.
-
Add the pork ribs and stir-fry evenly, then add 3 tablespoons of sour plum sauce, 1 tablespoon of very fresh flavor, and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly (adjust the ingredients and dosage according to personal taste).
-
Add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer over low heat for about ten minutes.
-
Cook until the soup is thick.
-
Transfer to a casserole, add enough boiling water to cover the ribs, and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes (about 1 hour for an electric casserole).
-
Wait until the soup thickens and the ribs are moderately tender (if there is too much soup, you can use a wok to reduce the juice).
