Take out the chocolate dough, cover it with plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to roll it into a large sheet.

Roll up one end of the dough into a long cylinder, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour until hard.

Take out the frozen biscuits and cut them into equal thickness slices with a knife. Place in baking pan. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
