Stir-fried Beef and Bamboo Bamboo Slices with Scallions "Water Bamboo Bamboo Shoots 3"
Overview
Using pork belly beef (hot pot slices) for stir-frying ensures that the beef is fragrant and tender enough, and it saves cutting effort and avoids excessive oil. It is a favorite of lazy people^Q^. The fat is hidden in the lean meat tissue and chewed together with the bamboo shoot slices for the best taste.
