Blend 200g strawberries into a pulp using an ACA handheld food processor

Add appropriate amount of milk to 10g gelatine powder to foam, then dissolve in water

Add the strawberry pulp to the whipped cream and stir evenly, add the gelatine and stir evenly

Pour the mousse liquid into the eight-inch grinding tool

100g of strawberry pulp is filtered and only the liquid remains. If it is not enough, you can add some cold boiled water, add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar and stir to combine. Melt 3g of gelatine powder and add it to the strawberry liquid to form a mirror surface
