Soak the dried day lily in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes. When it softens, take it out. Remove the hard stems and impurities on the top and rinse with water until the yellow water becomes clear. Then put the day lily into cold water and boil, remove and soak in cold water for 2 hours.

Tear the soaked daylily into strips, shred the carrots, and beat the duck eggs and set aside;

Heat oil and scramble eggs. After the scrambled eggs are formed, add day lily and shredded carrots, add salt and light soy sauce, and stir-fry briefly.
