  1. The main materials are ready.

  2. Cut half of the mango into cubes and puree half of the mango; peel the grapefruit and remove the pulp, then refrigerate them together for later use;

  3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add sago;

  4. Stir constantly with a spoon, cook until the water boils, then turn off the heat, let cool slightly, then turn on the heat and bring to the boil, repeat this 3 times until the sago is transparent;

  5. After the sago becomes transparent and crystal clear, remove it and drain it;

  6. Mix the cooked sago with light coconut milk, milk and sugar and stir evenly;

  7. Add the refrigerated mango puree, mango dices and grapefruit dices and mix well.
