The main materials are ready.

Cut half of the mango into cubes and puree half of the mango; peel the grapefruit and remove the pulp, then refrigerate them together for later use;

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add sago;

Stir constantly with a spoon, cook until the water boils, then turn off the heat, let cool slightly, then turn on the heat and bring to the boil, repeat this 3 times until the sago is transparent;

After the sago becomes transparent and crystal clear, remove it and drain it;

Mix the cooked sago with light coconut milk, milk and sugar and stir evenly;

Add the refrigerated mango puree, mango dices and grapefruit dices and mix well.
