I couldn't finish the big taro yesterday, so I saved some to make an extra dish today.

Peel the taro.

Cut into 4cm pieces

Cut the slices into shreds.

Put on a plate, add salt and appropriate amount of water. Steam for 20 minutes.

Chop the beef, add a little light soy sauce, oil, cornstarch, and peanut oil, and stir for a few minutes. Cook in pan under hot oil. (You can adjust the juice a little)

The steamed taro shreds are covered with cooked beef and corn kernels (cooked in beef).
