This is the most basic version of potato curry. It is easy to make and you can add whatever ingredients you like.

Cut the potatoes into chunks.

Cut the lean meat into pieces, add corn starch, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and pepper and marinate for ten minutes (beef is better)

Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes and stir-fry until half cooked, add lean meat and stir-fry continuously.

Add water to cover the potatoes, add salt and other condiments, and add two pieces of curry.

Simmer over medium-high heat until cooked through.

Pay attention to the heat, don't simmer it dry, and remove the juice when it thickens.

Just add a bowl of rice and you're ready to go.
