  1. Wash the shredded sauerkraut, squeeze out the water and set aside.

  2. Slice the cooked pork belly.

  3. Heat oil, sauté chopped green onion, add shredded pickled cabbage and stir-fry evenly.

  4. Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add salt to taste, add pork belly, simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.

  5. Remove from the pan and put into a bowl, sprinkle with a little coriander and serve.
