Wash pure milk, light cream, and mango, peel and slice them, and crush them with a food processor

Put the milk in a small pot and bring to a boil over low heat. I use a white steel basin. If the milk is small, I don't use a pot. Boil the milk and add half of the sugar until it melts

After the milk is boiled, turn off the heat, add light cream and stir evenly. Add sugar to the mango, stir and then add it to the cooked milk

Stir evenly. My mango is not too chopped. It would be better if it is more delicate

Then put it in a box and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out and stir it once every 40 minutes. The more times it is used, the more delicate it will be and the better the taste will be
