Hello everyone w, Asen is in the second year of junior high school this year. I love making desserts. The first time I post a recipe w is that I compiled it myself. Please take care of me. Lava chocolate cake, also known as small cake in the United States and too soft in Hong Kong, is a French dessert. It is a small chocolate cake with a crispy outside and a mellow hot chocolate syrup inside. It is usually served with a ball of vanilla ice cream on the side. It has been popular in New York City restaurants since the 1990s and has developed many flavor variations, such as adding fruit, whiskey and other alcoholic beverages. Chocolate lava cake is simple, easy and not time-consuming to make. It is a good choice for beginners in desserts

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cut the chocolate and butter into cubes and melt them over water. Stir well and set aside.

Beat eggs, granulated sugar with a whisk until sugary and slightly white.

When the chocolate liquid is close to hand temperature, pour it into the egg liquid and stir evenly with a mixing spoon.

Add sifted flour and stir evenly.

Put the chocolate liquid into a piping bag and pipe it into the mould.

Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for about ten minutes.

Remove from the oven and let rest for about two minutes to unmold.

Gently open the surface of the cake while it's hot, and the chocolate melt will slowly flow out (•̀∀•́)
